AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY — RHODE ISLAND RESOURCE RECOVERY CORPORATION Certification of Solid Waste- Central Landfill

This act would require any commercial entity engaged in the business of collecting and disposing solid waste, which deposits the waste at the central landfill, to certify in writing every thirty (30) days, that such waste was not generated or collected outside the state of Rhode Island, setting forth the date and time of each deposit within said thirty (30) day period.
